Located in Alcalá de Henares, The building with two floors plus a basement is formed by two blocks joined at ground floor level, the cubic forms of one of them enhances the second floor, enclosing a patio that brings natural light to the waiting areas around it, in both levels.
Urbanization projectss within the site are designed for simple maintenance, with Indigenous and resistant plants, of low maintenance and tended with automatic irrigation. Special emphasis was made in using natural light while avoiding direct exposure to the sun, incorporating fixed shading protections. External walls are finished in painted brick for softer texture.
