Hospital promoted by the Comunidad de Madrid, in the form of concession of construction plus all medical and nursing services (Public Private Partnership), awarded in tender to CAPIO.
The hospital serves the town of Valdemoro and surrounding villages, avoiding movement of patients to other centres.
The hospital is solved in three assistance floors plus a basement for services, arranged in blocks open to the exterior and large patios.
Growth of the hospital has been considered in design, leaving free space for future extensions. Central services are sized to cope with the increase in activity.
